An open governance engine you can actually read.
Architecture, training data, model cards, weight releases and third-party audits — published, versioned, and signed. The brain executes; it never rules.
Six pillars of the AIGC core.
Architecture
AIGC execution core, Senate of Wisdom brake, Citizen Consensus Layer — wired by strict interface contracts.
Training Corpus
Constitutions, caselaw, ethics literature, and policy datasets with full provenance logs and bias audits.
Model Weights
Weights released under a permissive license. Every training run is reproducible and signed.
Audit Reports
Quarterly independent audits of alignment, security, and performance. Reports hosted immutably on R2.
Version History
Every model version is hashed, archived, and diffable. Upgrades require multi-party signed RFCs.
Hard Constraints
Three irrevocable guardrails are frozen into weights and enforced by a separate oversight runtime.

Three rules it cannot override. Ever.
The AI cannot amend the Constitution.
Constitutional change requires a 2/3 on-chain citizen supermajority. The AI core is constitutionally forbidden from proposing or applying constitutional edits.
The AI cannot disable its oversight systems.
Audit, logging and emergency-stop mechanisms are hardwired and signed into model weights. Modification requires multi-party human signatures.
The Senate holds an irrevocable emergency stop.
A supermajority of the Senate can halt any AI process at any time. This power cannot be overridden by AI, by vote, or by any other branch.
Auditable
Every decision ships a reasoning trace and a signed receipt.
Contested
Any citizen can trigger a jury review of an AI decision.
Forkable
The entire codebase is open source — fork, critique, improve.
